Can I try the product first?
When you purchase an item from the Hair Vanna webshop, you are allowed to test the product at home to assess its features and functionality. For example, with the Easystyler Pro: you can turn on the airstyler and test it on your hair.
I have paid for my order, but I haven’t received an order confirmation. Was my order successful?
Check if the payment has been debited from your bank account. If not, the payment was not successful, and you haven't been charged. In that case, please place your order again. If money has been debited from your account but you haven't received a confirmation from us, we recommend waiting. It can take up to 3 hours for us to receive the payment from the payment provider. If you still haven't received confirmation after 3 hours, please contact our customer service. Have your order details (which are listed with the payment) ready.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. This means we can deliver our products to customers outside of the Netherlands. My package hasn’t been delivered yet, what should I do?
It’s possible that the package has been delayed by the carrier. We recommend first checking the Track & Trace code to see the status of the delivery. If you still haven’t received the package 2 days after the expected delivery date, please contact customer service.
How many days do I have to return my order?
At Hair Vanna, you always have the option to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Make sure to return the product undamaged and with the original packaging. Keep the return receipt until we have processed your return.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the products for any damage or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding the return shipping fee of €5.25) within 7 business days via the original payment method.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all products purchased from our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that arise during normal use of the product. If a problem occurs within the warranty period, you can contact our customer service to submit a warranty claim. We will do our best to resolve the issue by repairing or replacing the defective product. Please note: the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse of the product.
